HOTEL MANAGER

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations and ensure the continued success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team, providing leadership, training, and support to all staff members.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local businesses.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
