Company Overview:
We are a growing hospitality management company specializing in the operation of mid-sized hotels and residential apartment rentals. Our properties are located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to KLCC, offering exceptional services to our guests and tenants. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel & Apartment Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Hotel & Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, promotion, and maintenance of our properties. This includes a 120-room mid-sized hotel and a portfolio of 30-50 residential apartments managed on behalf of our clients. Your role will require a combination of hands-on management, strategic marketing, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hotel Management: Oversee the daily operations and management of a 120-room hotel near KLCC, including guest services, staff management, housekeeping, and ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Property Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive bookings and increase visibility for both the hotel and residential apartments.
  3. Residential Apartment Management: Manage the maintenance, leasing, and guest services for a portfolio of 30-50 residential apartments, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
  4. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Monitor the performance of both the hotel and residential apartments, making recommendations for improvements in service quality and operational processes.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel, to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in hotel management, property management, or related fields.
  2. Strong understanding of hotel and residential apartment operations.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.
  5. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for both hotel and residential properties.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Knowledge of KLCC area and its market trends is an advantage.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay language skills are a plus).
