Home Visit Occupational Therapist

Description

- Provide home-based and on-demand occupational therapy services tailored to clients' convenience and schedules.
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions for NENO's PERKESO clients in their homes, ensuring high-quality care in a comfortable setting.
- Conduct assessments to understand clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges in their daily lives.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
- Offer guidance on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and modifications to home or work environments to support independence.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies for managing disabilities and optimizing functional abilities.
- Collaborate with NENO's team of doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals for a comprehensive approach to care.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide progress updates as needed.
- Submit report post-home visit, documenting assessment findings, treatment provided and client progress.

Minimum Requirements

- Malaysians only.
- Possess a valid occupational therapy certification.
- Hold a valid practicing license.
- Own transportation is required.
- Must have phone data and be gadget-friendly.
