Home Visit Occupational Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide home-based and on-demand occupational therapy services tailored to clients' convenience and schedules.
2. Conduct occupational therapy sessions for NENO's PERKESO clients in their homes, ensuring high-quality care in a comfortable setting.
3. Conduct assessments to understand clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges in their daily lives.
4. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
5. Offer guidance on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and modifications to home or work environments to support independence.
6. Educate clients and their families on strategies for managing disabilities and optimizing functional abilities.
7. Collaborate with NENO's team of doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals for a comprehensive approach to care.
8. Maintain accurate client records and provide progress updates as needed.
9. Submit report post-home visit, documenting assessment findings, treatment provided and client progress.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Malaysians only.
2. Possess a valid occupational therapy certification.
3. Hold a valid practicing license.
4. Own transportation is required.
5. Must have phone data and be gadget-friendly.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Allowance and transportation fee per home visit.
2. Payslip provided.
3. Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (SOCSO) coverage.
4. One NENO scrub shirt provided.
5. Hands-on learning experience and supervision with a team of doctors and nurses.
