Location: Ara Damansara, PJ (Property Developer Company)

Working Hour: 9AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description

◉ To develop creative ideas and communications objectives according to management's requirements and transform them into innovative concepts and designs, in a professional and timely manner.

◉ Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure with good time management skills.

◉ Responsible for helping to determine and implement the visual component of brand strategy.

◉ To establish good relationships with other team members in developing and presenting designs.

◉ Capable as a team leader to manage, guide, and motivate the team.

◉ Creative, team player, and willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

◉ To conceptualize and lead the team to independently produce visuals/artwork.

◉ Develop & create or edit visuals, photos, videos, and interactive elements for social media, websites, and online/digital ads.

◉ Work closely with the project marketing team.

◉ To contribute to branding identity development, graphic & advertising design as well as refining the creative concepts for the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

► Candidates must possess a Degree, Advanced/Higher Graduate in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.

► At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

► Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates).

► Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & other major software for graphic design. Premiere Pro & After Effects for video editing will be an extra point for this role.

► Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding and marketing.

► Candidates with experience in the Property Industry would be an added advantage.
