Hiring Content Marketing, Team Lead (Prefer Mandarin Speaker)

Job overview:

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and organized content team lead to join our growing team working in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will manage the content team and support other internal teams within the marketing department.

Job Description:

1. Manage assigned content tasks to ensure that they are completed on time.
2. Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate with the entire marketing team, design team, and editors across multiple locations (MY, CN, VN) on content tasks’ workflow (creating, writing, translating, posting), staffing, timing, and quality towards the successful completion of the tasks.
3. Oversee content production, brainstorm, and collaborate with the team for new ideas and content strategies.
4. Create, improve, and update multiple task planners and trackers, ensuring a smooth workflow and increasing the productivity of the Content Department.
5. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Content Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or any related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in project management, product quality control, and relationship management.
3. Previous experience in publishing, ideally in an editorial or production role, is an added advantage.
4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
6. Possess a good understanding of content writing and marketing.
7. Preferred: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
