Job Description
In this role, the Marketing Manager will lead branding, marketing, digital engagement, partnerships, and market development efforts.
- Implement marketing strategy for the hirer segment based on the plans that align with business goals and market demands.
- Manage and complete marketing campaigns for acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention.
- Based on regional framework, drive coordinated, end-to-end acquisition, lead generation, product usage and retention programs for hirers.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including content marketing that are aligned with hirer objectives.
- Complete and schedule own channel communications like EDM, social media, website, sales briefing, etc.
- Support PR initiatives that help build brand value proposition.
- Complete events and ground activations for hirers.
- Diligently supervise and report on marketing campaign performance and return on investment, utilising analytics and data.
- Provide updates and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and accomplishment of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing that involves digital and partnerships; B2B experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in social and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and critical thinking abilities with a committed approach.
- A steadfast strive to get stuff done. A hands-on problem solver, you become comfortable with ambiguity and will take an idea and make it happen.
