Help Desk & IT Support

About the role

V SING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Help Desk & IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing prompt and effective first-line support to users via phone, email and remote access
2. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network-related issues
3. Installing, configuring and maintaining VSING systems and applications
4. Documenting and following up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution
5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams as needed
6. Proactively identifying and implementing IT process improvements
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; ability to read/understand Cantonese (粵語) is a plus.
2. Best if had experience in a Help Desk or IT support role, preferably in the ICT industry
3. Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with users
5. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
6. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT or a related field would be an advantage

Experience or knowledge in Lighting Systems and Sound systems is a plus point.
