The Healthcare Nutrition Strategy Manager is to plan strategy for all key target audiences, customised strategy for each channel, evaluate sufficiencies of budgeting to balance required output KPI and to ensure plan/activation execution on time in full. This role is accountable for HCP Brand of First Choice (BOFC) related plan working closely with Consumer Marketing, Science Team, Regulation, Healthcare Nutrition Solution Team, and Supply Chain.
Over the years as competition intensified and with more stringent regulation, this role has evolved. The role is no longer hovering around translating consumer marketing plans to HCN for execution. It involves much wider and deeper responsibilities to drive business growth. This role is also required to manage more than 1 brand due to the emergence of the HN SKUs.
• Possesses a recognized degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition or Dietitian.
• Have at least 5 years of marketing/brand management experience in an FMCG or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in preparing and executing healthcare marketing brands is an added advantage.
• Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG is an added advantage.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication ability.
• Good analytical ability.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset.
• Excellent execution capability - Planning and organizing, coordination, delegation, control, integrity, decisiveness.
• Background in infant nutrition category is an added advantage but not mandatory.
