Main mission is to drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in infant nutrition. You will need to uncover the healthcare customer’s (HCPs) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions. You will also need to gain HCPs recommendation/endorsement for our range of products and to ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Business Management

• Ensuring right inventory and stocks availability working closely with cross functional department
• Support brand review and analysis
• Key go to person for solution team in ensuring orders is being fulfilled
• Support solution team in key enquiries relating to order processes, inventory management or changes that relates to distributor.
• Analyzing processes for improvement

Business Services Relationship

• To support manager in liaison with tender partners
• To support manager in replenishment / forecast processes
• To accountable in ensuring smooth business operations
• Involved in customer services excellence to ensure that the products and services offered by the organization are customer friendly and the complaints from customers are resolved effectively.

Inter and intra Departmental Relationship

• Good team ethics and communication skills
• To work closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless ordering and stocks availabilities

Process Owner

• Ordering processes established between Danone and ZP
• Key go-to person in HN ordering/ stocks related matters
• Constant management and enhancement of ordering or tracking processes
• To ensure proper tracking, documentation with clear update to manager and key stakeholders

About you

Degree or equivalent preferably in operations management, project management or data management or a related field.

Preferably minimum of 2 years within commercial with experience in supply chain or key account management in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel.
