Fames Code Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Health Therapist to join our team in Puchong, Cheras and Damansara. What you'll be doing

• Assessing and evaluating patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop customised rehabilitation plans.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and therapies to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintaining detailed medical records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the rehabilitation or healthcare sector.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in delivering evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
