Head of Sales

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts in key locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Penang.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing programs set by management to achieve desired revenue objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and propose branch/sales activities or programs to attract customers into the showroom.
2. Oversee and guide sales executives/supervisors in implementing sales and marketing programs set by management.
3. Maintain good rapport with fleet owners, government department personnel, and head office staff.
4. Ensure proper delegation of duties and responsibilities to subordinates.
5. Identify and initiate staff training and development programs to raise the quality and productivity of sales staff.
6. Ensure company objectives and policies are adhered to and achieved.
7. Update manager on performance and progress of the branch.
8. Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.

Raised Salary: RM120,000 - RM150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
