About the role

Chiropractic First (M'sia) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of chiropractic and wellness services in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a visionary Head of Wellness (Patient-Centric Focus) to join their dynamic team. The Head of Wellness (Patient-Centric) creates and implements wellness programs and initiatives that prioritize patient health, recovery, and holistic care. This leadership role focuses on designing innovative strategies to enhance patient outcomes, improve their experience, and integrate wellness practices into the continuum of care. The role requires a deep understanding of patient needs, healthcare trends, and wellness methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient-Centered Strategy
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive wellness strategy tailored to patient needs and experiences.
   • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to integrate wellness services into patient care plans.
   • Establish measurable goals to enhance patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
2. Program Development & Delivery
   • Design wellness programs that address physical, mental, and chemical well-being for diverse patient populations.
   • Oversee the implementation of wellness activities, including nutrition counseling, fitness sessions, stress management, and mental health support.
   • Partner with healthcare providers and therapists to ensure programs are evidence-based and patient-focused.
3. Create educational resources and workshops to empower patients with knowledge about their health and wellness.
4. Develop communication strategies to encourage patient participation in wellness initiatives.
5. Gather feedback from patients to continuously refine and improve wellness services.
6. Interdisciplinary Collaboration
   • Work closely with wellness teams to align wellness goals with clinical care pathways.
   • Engage community health partners and external wellness providers to expand resources available to patients.
   • Advocate for patient-centric wellness approaches at organizational leadership levels.
7. Policy & Compliance
   • Ensure all wellness programs adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
   • Develop and maintain policies that support patient well-being and access to care.
8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
   • Use patient health data and feedback to evaluate the success of wellness programs.
   • Report on key performance indicators (e.g., patient satisfaction, health improvement metrics).
   • Identify areas for growth and innovation based on outcomes.

Key Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, public health, wellness, or a related field.
2. Experience in patient wellness, healthcare program management, or related fields.
3. Strong knowledge of holistic health, recovery methodologies, and patient-centered care practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams.
5. Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
