They are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Management and Development to join their team and lead their HR initiatives to new heights.


Your new role

As a Head of Talent Management and Development, you will be leading the people's development agenda at the group level. Your key responsibilities are:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  4. Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  6. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  7. Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in a senior HR role, leading Talent Management and Talent Development strategies.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  6. Demonstrated the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  7. Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
