Job Summary:

The Head of Strategy will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the group. The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic analysis and provide recommendations to drive the group's long-term strategy.
• Oversee the development of senior management and board papers.
• Manage competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Comprehend and interpret data and trends into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Provide leadership direction to the team to ensure tasks and assignments are managed, coordinated, and executed efficiently, aligning with compliance, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in developing corporate strategies within financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
