$120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description

  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue and gross profit.
  • Lead the sales team, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Align sales strategy with company goals and execute comprehensive plans.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities for opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Motivate and lead the sales team for high performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent for a strong sales force.

Revenue and Profit Growth

  • Maximize sales opportunities to increase revenue and gross profit.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term partnerships through customer retention strategies.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Oversee sales operations for efficient processes and systems.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.

Requirements

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain sales.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
