We are seeking a Head of Sales & Operations to lead and drive the overall business growth, branch operations, and customer experience for both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the sales and operational performance of Public Safe branches in Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
3. Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
4. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage branch performance, including budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional activities and brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2 -3 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in financial services, security services, or a similar industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-branch operations.
4. Sales-driven mindset with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
5. Strong understanding of customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
6. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and drive results.
7. Willingness to travel between Kuala Lumpur and Penang as required.
