Job Description - Head of Sales, Middle Market (250000DN)

Position Overview

The Head of Sales, Middle Market reports to the Head, Middle Market under the Commercial Banking segment and primarily develops and executes business development plans to drive the acquisition and growth of profitable Middle Market corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales acquisitions, performance tracking, and business process review.
  • Possess good knowledge of the competitive market landscape in which the Bank’s clients operate.
  • Demonstrate overall portfolio and asset quality management skills.
  • Collaborate with product sales support to optimize upsell/cross-sell ratio of clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and continuously develop high-performing Relationship Management teams.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is preferred.
  • Passionate and experienced in driving the growth of an SME business segment nationwide.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all levels of business.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
