Role Overview: To serve as a dynamic leader in the Porcelain Executive Committee to spearhead high-level strategic marketing and communication plans across all markets and various business units to drive overall performance and growth. It is critical for the position to constantly keep abreast of market trends, understand business strategy, and develop and execute impactful campaigns. Adept with multi-tasking, this position requires setting comprehensive goals for your team and assimilating information across all departments and its stakeholders so that there is strong internal alignment. The ability to plan for strategic long-term growth whilst meeting short-term targets is critical to the success of this role. This leader is also expected to be data-driven, analytical, and creative with strong communication skills. This position leads the marketing team in setting comprehensive goals and developing impactful marketing and branding strategies throughout all markets to improve overall performance and growth.
You will be working with Core Management Team Leader to develop the brand and drive regional expansion.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales & Marketing
Setup sales & marketing strategy and execution to drive Revenue, Recruitment, and Retention goals for Spa and Product business
Manage team and across departments to align plans with business strategy
Provide marketing strategies and campaign (including but not limited to creative, pricing, and promotions)
Review and oversee the distribution channel management
Create and manage annual marketing plan, sales forecasts, and budget (P&L)
Plan and coordinate marketing omni channel campaigns (brand-level, product launch)
Oversee media buying and agency management
Ensure Porcelains brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing touchpoints
Report on the performance of all marketing activities and campaigns and assess against goals and budgets
Market intelligence and research to gain customer insights
Drive content and strategy in social and digital marketing
Partnerships and Communications
Build and nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations program
Influencer and Editorial Relationship Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare communication briefs and materials (Internal Communications)
Media Monitoring
Nurture a strong network of brand or individual partnerships to amplify brand reputation, enhance customer reach, and generate sales
Job Requirements:
Min. 7 years of marketing experience
Min. 3 years of people management
360 Marketing background (experience in digital marketing such as social media, content, and paid marketing will be advantageous)
A strong background in communications and branding
Experience in retail, luxury, e-commerce, or beauty industry
A data-driven approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and growth mindset
Experience in creating and leading high-impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy, driving strategic alignment with stakeholders, and inspiring teams to achieve common goals
