M.K.N. SERVICES SDN. BHD. – Sepang, Selangor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of current sales & marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with the property development industry and a deep understanding of the target audience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Obtain approval for any proposal or planning.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Ensure all product information and testimonials are regularly refreshed on the website and social media.
  • Secure press or media coverage a minimum of twice per year.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

Campaign Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling and effective marketing collateral.

Market Research Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and report on budget performance regularly.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between marketing.

Performance Management:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Use analytics and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email, mobile apps, and website content.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals.
  • Assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns to determine what changes need to be made to improve results.
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy.
  • Create campaigns, manage budgets, and oversee the team that implements the strategy.
  • Manage, guide, and train digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
