Description

The Head of Sales and Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving the Hospitals' branding, marketing, and international business development efforts. This role oversees corporate communications and public relations strategies to promote all programs at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and stay competitive in the changing market.
2. Design and facilitate annual marketing plans, supporting the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across the organization.
3. Present and recommend changes to marketing strategies and policies to senior leadership.
4. Manage the yearly divisional budget and conduct performance appraisals for team members.
5. Lead the Marketing team in carrying out routine and ad-hoc functions, promoting professional growth through training and literature reviews.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Mass Communication, Sales, or Marketing.
2. Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, with a proven track record in developing and managing marketing programs.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, leadership, and team management. A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is expected.
