Head of Project Management

Specialization: ENGINEERING MECHANICAL OR AUTOMOTIVE

Job Description:

• Focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with multiple internal and external customers.
• Define and structure projects to achieve targets in terms of delivery time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts between projects or functional areas.
• Develop methods to monitor project progress.
• Provide corrective supervision when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• A profound technical education with knowledge of business management.
• Possess project management experience.
• Computer literacy (MS-Office and MS-Project).
• Ability to organize and handle projects within the prescribed time frame.
• High competency to confer and ability to work in teams.
• Team player, ability to motivate.
• Knowledge about quality management systems.
