To handle all hospital operations matters related to outsource services. The Head of Outsource Services also is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and Operation Manager in implementing, evaluating, communicating and monitoring of all outsource services such as:

1. To develop, establish, and continually upgrade the system of Outsource Services in accordance to the overall goals and objective of hospital.
2. To develop, implement and review the related outsource services standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures in conformance with the hospital Policies and Procedures.
3. To develop, implement and evaluate quality of outsource services and initiate corrective actions to ensure quality of outsource services.
4. To plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the Services in order to facilitate smooth workflow and quality services.
5. To communicate and coordinate with the outsource vendors on the Integrated Management System an accreditation activity.
6. To ensure that the outsource vendors are aware of the QSHE policy and related policies and procedures.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management / Healthcare Management / Quality Management / Administration or equivalent.
2. Healthcare practitioners, i.e., nurses, who want a career change are also welcome to apply.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
4. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, with 2 to 3 years’ experience in implementation of quality, safety and health and environmental activities.
5. Working experience in hospital environment is an added advantage.
6. Required skill(s): Must be proficient in English, oral and written, must have excellent presentation skills, must be a team player, and must have a strong leadership personality.
7. Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
