Lead and oversee operations in all hospitals to ensure that clinical and non-clinical services run efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives with the objective of improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business growth.
Lead the license application from CKAPs, managing all regulatory aspects to ensure adherence to national and international healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans, monitoring KPIs and ensuring each cluster/hospital meets and exceeds their goals.
Collaborate with HR and others to ensure clinical and non-clinical staffing levels are appropriate, especially with regulations and applicable laws, and that the teams are trained, motivated, and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
Focus on enhancing patient experience through operational improvements and service excellence.
A Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution or a qualified and registered Nurse from a recognized nursing institution.
This position is open to candidates with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Nursing qualification only.
Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive experience in operations management in hospitals, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
