The Head of Nursing is a critical position at Tung Shin Hospital, responsible for overseeing the entire nursing administration. This role involves supervising and coordinating all nursing activities, planning, organizing, delegating, and ensuring the effective delivery of nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead the nursing team and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
Nursing Services: Ensure nursing services are provided efficiently and in line with the hospital's objectives.
Quality Standards: Establish and monitor quality standards and performance benchmarks.
Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing; additional qualifications in Nursing or Business Management are an advantage.
