About the Role:

This critical position involves supervising and coordinating all nursing activities, planning, organizing, delegating, and ensuring the effective delivery of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Lead the nursing team and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
2. Nursing Services: Ensure nursing services are provided efficiently and in line with the hospital's objectives.

Requirements:
