Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for QNET's product brands on a global/regional basis. This role involves leading a cross-cultural high-performing team to create innovative campaigns, build brand equity, and drive sales growth globally. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and direct selling channel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive global and regional marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and ambitious sales targets.
- Establish and refine product positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies to differentiate QNET as a prestigious leader in the direct selling industry.
- Drive brand awareness and market penetration through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Build clear and strong product brand identities that set them apart in a crowded marketplace.
Marketing Execution:
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials (e.g., videos, sales sheets, training materials) that are culturally relevant, localized, and optimized for sales performance.
- Lead a creative team to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels, aligning with QNET's corporate identity.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, measuring ROI and optimizing resource allocation.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Spearhead sponsorship activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and corporate communications teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Decision Making:
- Build QNET Brand Equity: ensuring product marketing activities build long-term brand equity and in-market results.
- Lead & implement the product marketing strategy, ensuring all portfolios achieve objectives.
- Work with Regional/Local teams to ensure strategies are creating measurable impact.
- Lead the marketing executives, creative design teams, and campaign management teams.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, key network leaders, and external agencies.
- Create and police critical paths for all marketing activities.
- Stay in touch constantly with customers to find innovative ways to increase product sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

- Head of Marketing & Communications, Head of Product, Campaigns & Creative Design, Head of Business Development, The V Global Business Development.
- In-house Marketing Teams.
- Senior leadership including board level.
- Lead strategic and tactical Agencies including research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand positioning, marketing strategy development, and campaign management.
- Digital fluency with a deep understanding of emerging social marketing technologies and consumer trends.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful global marketing strategies for consumer brands.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG industry with a proven ability to drive market share and revenue growth.
- International experience in a multinational corporation with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for innovation.
- High talent with business commercial maturity.
- Ideally a mix of traditional retail & network marketing industries.
