• Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and Management, providing insights on legal, compliance, and governance issues.

Promoting Legal Awareness and Compliance Culture

• Ensure employees understand and comply with legal policies and regulatory standards.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen the internal compliance and control framework, promoting open communication around legal matters.
  

Leadership and Department Development

• Oversee and manage the legal department, monitoring team performance, development, and alignment with organizational goals.

Dispute Management and Resolution

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience, with solid expertise in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  
• Strong background in property and corporate transactions.
  
• High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to foresee legal risks.
  
• Proven experience in senior leadership, managing a legal team effectively.
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
