• Deliver actionable recommendations and align legal strategies with the organization’s business objectives.
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives.
  

Legal Risk Management

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks related to the company’s operations.
  
• Develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business units, addressing potential legal challenges and minimizing risk exposure.
  

Legal Strategy and Regulatory Compliance

• Formulate and implement comprehensive legal strategies to support corporate goals.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes, ensuring the organization’s full compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Provide guidance on the impacts of regulatory updates and advise on necessary actions.
  

Promoting Legal Awareness and Compliance Culture

• Lead efforts to foster a compliance-driven culture across the organization.
  
• Ensure employees understand and comply with legal policies and regulatory standards.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen the internal compliance and control framework, promoting open communication around legal matters.
  

Leadership and Department Development

• Oversee and manage the legal department, monitoring team performance, development, and alignment with organizational goals.
  
• Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture, advancing team members' commercial and technical skills.
  
• Mentor team members to ensure they effectively support the business with sound legal counsel.
  

Dispute Management and Resolution

• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
  
• Take charge of legal strategies in managing disputes to minimize financial and reputational risks.
  

• Minimum of 12 years of experience, with solid expertise in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  
• Strong background in property and corporate transactions.
  
• High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to foresee legal risks.
  
• Proven experience in senior leadership, managing a legal team effectively.
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
