You will be working for a well-established globally recognised technology company who is looking for a Head of Legal to be based in Kuala Lumpur. Being in a fast-paced environment, they are on the hunt for a competent Head of Legal to spearhead their legal team.

Your New Role

As the Head of Legal, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Draft, review, negotiate legal agreements
• Work closely with commercial teams and operational departments
• Monitor and oversee compliance requirements
• Advise on contract lifecycle
• Manage a team of dedicated lawyers

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will possess:

• Min 10 years' experience
• Team management experience
• Strong in commercial and legal opinions
