Head of IT Strategy

The Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad invites applications for the position of Head of IT Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT governance and transformation initiatives, developing and implementing comprehensive IT governance frameworks, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Lead IT risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
3. Co-lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of IT vendors, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in governance, risk management, and/or change management, customer experience strategy, process improvement, and vendor management.
2. Strong leadership qualities with a track record of inspiring teams and delivering transformational results.
3. Excellent communication skills to prepare and present high-quality reports to senior leadership and board committees.
