Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  2. Lead workforce planning, ensuring the organization has the right talent for current and future needs.
  3. Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous learning.
  4. Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters.
  5. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring top talent acquisition.
  6. Design and implement employee training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
  7. Establish career development frameworks to support internal mobility and talent growth.
  8. Manage and improve performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  9. Ensure payroll administration and benefits management align with company policies and market trends.
  10. Develop employee wellness programs, including health, financial, and mental well-being initiatives.
  11. Develop policies and practices that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  12. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.
  13. Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
  14. Implement change management strategies to support business growth and restructuring.
  15. Analyze workforce trends and recommend organizational improvements.
  16. Oversee office administration, facilities management, and business support services.
  17. Ensure the effective implementation of workplace policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
  18. Drive process automation and operational efficiency across HR and administrative functions.
  19. Develop HR dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
  20. Provide insights and recommendations using HR analytics for business decisions.
  21. Monitor and improve employee productivity and retention.
  22. Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
  23. Manage relationships with external vendors, recruitment firms, and legal advisors.
  24. Represent the company in labor relations, industry forums, and regulatory discussions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  4. Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and HR transformation.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
