Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Implement HR analytics and data-driven decision-making processes to support workforce planning and talent management.
  • Present HR strategies, key workforce metrics, and organizational development plans to the Board.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Design and drive employee engagement strategies to enhance retention and organizational commitment.
  • Lead executive talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Ensure the organization's HR policies, procedures, and practices adhere to local labor laws and corporate governance standards.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on HR metrics and workforce planning.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading HR strategies at a corporate level, including board-level engagement.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in aligning HR strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in change management, culture transformation, and organizational development.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and global HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills to work effectively with senior executives and board members.
