Head of HR

Your new company

This company is a stable and fast-growing organisation with plans to transform their overall business structure. They are looking for a HR leader to drive them towards the right direction, up to 25k.

Your new role

This role is a new hire in line with expansion plans, with the expectation to take full ownership of overall operational and strategic HR. You will work on housekeeping the current HR processes, assessment of gaps, putting in the general structure of the business and team, as well as developing and implementing any people initiative in line with company direction. As this company is moving towards digitization and a modern way of working, you are expected to target topics such as ESG, change management and re-education of stakeholders while still being hands-on on foreign worker management and HR policy revamping.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Proven achievements as a Head of HR for a large workforce
2. To be willing to travel nationwide
3. To be independent, adaptable and strong at stakeholder management
