Your new role

As a Head of Finance & Legal in this company, you will directly impact the business by utilising your experience. You will be looking into the overall finance operations within the company, licensing, tax optimisation as well as drafting agreements for stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Law
   
2. Extensive working experience in Finance
   
3. Savvy in licensing - familiar with licensing applications in various jurisdictions
   
4. Familiar with tax optimisation and cost-saving initiatives
   
5. Experienced in drafting contracts/service agreements
   
6. Preferably from Fintech/Crypto Industry - familiar with fintech ecosystem
