As the Group - Head of Finance, you will play a key role in driving the financial management of the business. You will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that functions in finance operations are carried out smoothly and in a timely manner.
2. Manage group accounting including consolidation, annual financial statements and analysis of financial & management reports.
3. Oversee budgeting and contribute to the continuous improvement of key business processes, such as financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
4. Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide every business unit with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure business performance.
5. Highlight and advise management on matters with significant financial impact on the Company’s performance and propose remedial action plans when necessary.
6. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
7. Implementation of projects within specified timelines by working closely with the team and other departments.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional qualification from a recognized accountancy body and membership in ACCA/MIA or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role with exposure to the regional market.
3. Sound technical knowledge of Finance Reporting Standards.
4. Hands-on experience in preparing Annual Group Consolidation of Accounts.
5. Results-oriented and resourceful.
6. Possess analytical, strategic, critical thinking & excellent communication skills.
