Job Description:

Responsible to plan, coordinate, collaborate, execute and monitor service delivery and performance of Facility Engineering Maintenance Services according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirements & Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Facility Manager in managing Hospital Support Services in Facility Engineering Maintenance Services.
2. Assist your superior in minimizing deductions, penalties, and critical events, preventing any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA) that can cause damages or losses to the Company by the Contract Hospital.
3. Assist your superior in planning, organizing, directing, implementing, controlling, managing, and supervising vendors’ staff in carrying out their day-to-day duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Certified Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
3. More than 3 years of working experience in a related field.
