Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Direct all aspects of CNC machining operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, including CNC programmers, process engineers, and maintenance technicians.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in CNC machining processes and post-CNC operations to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of CNC machines, equipment, fixtures, and cutting tools.
• Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement advanced manufacturing solutions, such as automation and robotics, to enhance productivity.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all quality standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
• Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational costs and maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in CNC machining and manufacturing.
• Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience with relevant technical certifications).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations (machining).
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and machining processes.
• Operational Excellence: Proven experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of GDT and metrology.
• Industry Advantage: Experience in the Hard Disk Drive industry is a significant asset.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Cultural Adaptability: Ability to communicate in Thai or Chinese is a bonus.
