The trusted advisor to the organization’s brands who will lead the business units on the best strategy for digital paid ads to achieve their KPIs and sales target. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective campaign strategies across various digital paid advertising platforms, ensuring the achievement of brand KPIs and overall sales targets. Your expertise will extend to leading a team of performance analysts, staying at the forefront of digital innovations, and fostering collaborative efforts across departments to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns to drive conversion and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development:
Develop the right, comprehensive, tailored campaign and always-on strategy for the designated brand(s) across all digital paid ads platforms to achieve the brand’s KPIs and overall sales target, drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, channels, and messaging that align with brand objectives and drive conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, make data-backed adjustments, and optimize strategies to meet KPIs and sales goals.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead a team of performance analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns by delegating tasks, setting clear goals, and monitoring progress.
Digital Industry Consultation:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and strategies within the digital marketing landscape.
Serve as a consultant to designated brand(s), offering expert insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence and achieve competitive advantage.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments and business units to facilitate brainstorming sessions, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that align with overall business objectives include digital ads, livestreams, SEM and SEO.
Foster effective communication channels to ensure seamless alignment and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate comprehensive reports that highlight key metrics, insights, opportunities and actionable recommendations for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (at least 8 years) in digital performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
Strong expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads etc.
Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
Previous experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Proven track record in managing senior stakeholder/clients and presenting strategy to these stakeholders/clients
Experience working in an agency and relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Possess own transport / willing to travel if required.
