We’re looking for a Head of Design to shape our next chapter.

What You'll Do

Creative Direction

1. Define and lead the creative vision for Ekous
2. Launch new product collections using sustainable materials like PET
3. Collaborate with R&D to push design boundaries

Project & Technical Execution

1. Turn concepts into precise technical drawings
2. Work with sales and project teams to deliver custom solutions
3. Oversee mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready details
4. Lead and mentor our growing design team
5. Manage drawing workflows, quality, and consistency
6. Set up strong documentation and file systems
7. Align design work with brand and market trends
8. Support marketing through visuals, catalogues & exhibitions
9. Stay ahead of design trends in interiors and architecture

Who We're Looking For

1. 7–8+ years’ experience in product design, interiors, or architectural finishes
2. Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe, KeyShot, etc.
3. Strong at both creative thinking and technical execution
4. Experienced in materials like PET, wood, composites
5. Passionate about sustainable design and practical innovation
6. Great at leading teams and managing timelines
7. Make real impact with sustainable design
8. Own the creative direction for a regional brand
9. Work on inspiring, meaningful spaces
10. Collaborate with a supportive, forward-thinking team
