Job description

The Head of Corporate Communication will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand narrative, vision, and achievements to diverse stakeholders including investors, partners, customers, employees, and the public. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our reputation, promote our projects, and drive engagement across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives, values, and brand positioning.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson and media liaison for the company, fostering positive relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content including press releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral to effectively convey key messages and showcase our projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, investor relations, and project management to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.
  • Proactively identify emerging issues and potential reputational risks, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts and protect the company's image.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to budget and timeline.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that effectively engage diverse stakeholders and enhance brand reputation.
  • Strong media relations skills with experience in securing positive press coverage and managing crisis communication situations.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for various audiences and channels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
