Our client has established itself as a renowned real estate/property developer. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will lead the business, who is well-rounded in design and build as well as the interior design industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ID construction projects.

The Challenges

1. Responsible for strategic, operational, and financial management to ensure the company’s growth, profitability, and sustainability while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.
2. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives by leading and overseeing all design and build projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards as well as compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
3. Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Optimize the company's financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Lead business development initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
5. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Encourage innovation in design and construction processes to maintain competitive advantage.
6. Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and direction. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure the company's growth and sustainability. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

What It Takes

1. More than 10 years in Senior Manager Level
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, preferably with Master's qualification
3. Experience in Construction, Design and Build, Architecture & Interior Design
