Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies for the creation/management of the physical assets and people assets.

Performance Reporting: Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of third-party service providers, providing regular updates to senior management.

Performance Analysis: Create KPIs that enable SBC Asset Management department to be tracked for its performance, i.e., occupancy achieved, healthy debtor ageing, frequency occurrence of non-supportive incidents.

Compliance: Establish compliance standards for both physical assets and people assets, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry best practices.

Engagement & Communication: Establish effective communications (that is auditable) with both physical assets and people assets.
