Lead the development and implement the financial strategy for the company.
Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end financial analysis.
Lead the development of business models, determining the viability of business propositions, investments, and projects, providing analysis and recommendations to support business growth.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and Board of Directors to facilitate informed decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to foster beneficial relationships for the company.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in financial management and administration, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role in hospital management.
Must have experience in managing finance-related work in hospitals.
Proven track record in overseeing financial operations, budget planning, and management of administrative functions at an executive level.
Experience working in both corporate finance and operational administration, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial controls.
