HEAD MARKETING (DIGITAL)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution at MMG Quality Motor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Tawau, Sabah. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the company's online presence, digital campaigns, and overall digital marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion.
2. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve results.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
2. Expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
6. Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
