Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Head, Government/GLC Desk.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive client coverage strategy focused on government and Government-Linked Companies (“GLC”).
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within government entities to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  3. Lead a dedicated team in the delivery of exceptional client service and tailored solutions that meet the needs of the government and GLC sector.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative products and services that address the specific requirements of government clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze changes in market trends, government policies and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations relating to the government and GLC sector.
  6. Oversee the preparation of proposals and presentations of the Bank towards government and GLC related propositions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies when engaging with government entities.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the client coverage team.
  9. Represent the Bank at industry events, conferences and forums to enhance visibility and position us as a leader in government relations.
  10. Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, client feedback and strategic initiatives relating to government and GLC sector.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the government or public sector.
  2. Proven track record of working with government agencies and government-linked companies.
  3. Possess some credit/financial background is preferable.
  4. Possess excellent networking skills and pleasant personality.
