We are looking for a Head, Enterprise to be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This role will be reporting to the Director, Commercial. As the Head of Enterprise, you will spearhead innovation and growth across multiple verticals, including Advertising & Partnerships, B2B Corporate Business, and Pandago (On-demand Courier Delivery). This pivotal role demands a strategic leader adept at driving growth, managing business development, overseeing P&L management, leading teams, managing partners, spearheading new initiatives, and handling stakeholder management across each distinct vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships within the Advertising & Partnerships vertical, leveraging your expertise to drive advertising revenue growth and innovative partnership models while ensuring profitability.
- Lead the expansion of B2B Corporate Business, identifying opportunities to enhance corporate partnerships, streamline delivery solutions, and optimize revenue streams while managing P&L effectively.
- Oversee the development and expansion of Pandago (On-demand Courier Delivery), driving operational excellence, expanding delivery capabilities, and optimizing courier networks to meet customer demand while maximizing profitability.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess performance, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the highest ROI across all verticals, adapting strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations with Enterprise partners across each vertical, maximizing value for both parties and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from various teams (Commercial, Marketing, Product, Support, Logistics) to address challenges, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across all verticals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities across all verticals to identify key innovations and adapt them to enhance foodpanda's offerings.
- Work with the Regional Product team to seamlessly prioritize and implement business-related product developments.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree or any other analytical discipline. MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years, with at least 3-4 years of extensive commercial experience at a senior level, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, key account management, sales, P&L Management, or consulting.
- Strong communication skills and an assertive approach to negotiations.
- Innovative thinking and strategic mindset for effective business development.
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on business outcomes and strategic planning.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in data-driven argumentation and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
