Position Overview: Epsom International School is seeking an experienced and proactive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, managing daily meal preparation for up to 1,000 students and staff. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in food safety, cleanliness, and compliance, preferably with experience in the education or boarding school sector. The Head Chef will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and maintain open communication with school administration, kitchen staff, and Group F&B management to ensure alignment on service expectations, dietary requirements, and incident management.
