Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Services Manager located in Georgetown, Penang. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing communication with guests, and handling receptionist duties.

  1. Supervisory Skills and Customer Satisfaction
  2. Customer Service and Communication skills
  3. Experience in Receptionist Duties
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Previous experience in a hospitality or service industry role
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  8. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
