Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to visitors by assisting them with park activities, answering questions, and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  2. Safety and Supervision: Monitor activities and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for guests of all ages.
  3. Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations, including ticketing, equipment management, and activity facilitation.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to organize events, group bookings, and special promotions.
  5. Park Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  6. Problem-Solving: Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  4. Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
  5. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation is an advantage.
